TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Only those referrals that result in a successful tenant application on a fully managed residential property owned by the referred landlord will qualify for the reward, or for any property advertised and sold.
- Prime Choice must be instructed by any referred landlord or vendor within three months of the original referral contact.
- The referral reward is paid on completion of a successful tenant application on a full managed property or completion of a sale. No reward will be given if the Landlord or vendor withdraws from the engagement with Prime Choice before a successful tenant application or sale is completed.
- There are no limits to the number of referrals a client can make
- All information passed to Prime Choice is taken in good faith on the understanding that the person referring is authorised to pass on the contact information of the individual.
